Subscriptions and refunds are managed by Apple. You can cancel in Apple ID settings or request a refund through Apple's purchase support.

How do I start a focus session?
Open the Today view, review the recommended next session, or choose a project manually. The timer keeps the active project visible while the session runs.
What is included in Premium?
Premium includes full access to projects, deadlines, analytics, export, iCloud sync, widgets, Live Activities, Apple Watch companion features, and advanced focus tools available in the app.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Monthly and yearly subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for eligible users. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the selected subscription begins automatically. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not include a trial.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings in the app and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that bought the subscription or lifetime purchase.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select DeepWork Focus Timer, and cancel the active subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I use the Apple Watch app?
Yes. The Apple Watch app supports starting focus sessions, viewing current timer state, checking daily statistics, and reviewing active progress from the wrist.
Why is iCloud sync not updating?
Confirm that Premium access is active, iCloud Drive is enabled, and both devices use the same Apple ID. Sync also depends on network availability and Apple's iCloud service state.
What data does the app collect?
The app stores your focus data, project names, deadlines, journal entries, preferences, and purchase entitlement state to provide its features. Optional sharing features only use public profile or progress information when you enable them. The current project does not include a third-party analytics SDK.
